This is my third Serenity product purchase (portable mattress pad and neck wrap prior). I am now a believer in magnetic therapy. The issues these products have been effective against chronic pain that my allopathic medical advisors only had pharmaceutical answers for, and there was a bit of effective deep massage that is temporary: bulging disc pressing on C3, torn back muscle. RELIEF. RELIEF. RELIEF. Thank you Serenity.

I bought this for a young friend who suffers from migraines & doesn't always sleep soundly. This mask has greatly reduced the number of migraines (.almost gone) & she's sleeping uninterrupted through the night. I asked her if she'd let her mom try it a few nights & she said no but she'd order one for her. She doesn't want to be without it even for one night. I've personally used magnetic therapy for more than 40yrs & can't live without it. I have magnets for every ache & pain my body can come up with...those aches & pains don't stand a chance. If I could afford one I'd even buy the magnetic mattress....that's how sold I am on magnetic therapy treatment.

**Edit to add that customer service from the seller was excellent when I reached out to them and they did issue me a refund even though Amazon doesn't allow this product to be returned. So while I still do not like the new mask style at all, I have to give credit that the seller was on point with customer care.**I echo those who have already reviewed that this item has changed drastically from the time I purchased it previously in late 2016. It is smaller overall, the contour is different, the magnets are tiny, and it can’t be returned! I’m trying to figure out how to contact the company directly because I am very aggravated about this product’s quality downgrade and the fact that they took my $30 and no refund available makes me pretty mad.

The magnets came loose inside the mask and started stacking on top of each other. I contacted the seller, and they confirmed the bad stitching batch with the vendor and sent me a replacement free of charge. Way to go! As a migraine sufferer, the blackout aspect of the mask alone has been great. I'm not really sure about magnets, but I've been using their mask and serenity necklace for a month now, and my daily chronic headaches have gone down.

I live in AZ and I work nights as a nurse. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars to cut the light out of my room I decided to give this mask a try. Wow! The mask feels very comfortable and conforms to my face nicely. I don't know why but the magnets make me sleep very deeply. It's as if I had taken a sleeping pill. If you have never worn a mask before it does take some getting used to but once you give it a chance I am sure you will love it.

Have a close look at the picture of the model. She's wearing the sleep mask right on the tip of her nose. After using this for a month or so, I've found that, because of the design, that's really the way you HAVE to wear it to keep the light blocked out. (A bit annoying, and uncomfortable, because you want to wear the mask up at the bridge of your nose). That being said, I HAVE noticed a difference with my sinuses becoming unblocked whenever I wear the mask, so I will keep using it.

I use this on my neck and forehead for pain relief. When the pain is really bad, I attach a larger magnet (Serenity 2000 Deep Therapy magnet) to this and let the small magnets sewn into this hold the larger one in place. The strap is adjustable for length so it is easy to slip over your head and then tighten around the head or the neck. This company sells great products that are versatile and I have experienced great pain relief while using them!

I love this item because I suffer from headaches and insomnia and sometimes teeth pain. This item helps me to block out the light and helps with the headache pain because of the magnets. I like this one because it is Made well and stays in place also it has a good amount of magnets which which is necessary for my purposes thank you. LS
