Good read for followers of Diane Chamberlain
Thought the book was informative in relation to what it must be like living in a wheelchair and trying to keep a marriage alive and heathy with a non wheelchair partner.

Not light reading
This book isn't suitable as light reading to pass an evening. I found it depressing and worrying. It may be suitable for a book group as there are lots of subjects to discuss.

I loved it....
I loved this book. I loved everything about it; the characters, the flow, the story; and everything in between. I would say that this is my favorite Diane Chamberlain book, but I have a few more to read. The controversial topic of suppressed memories was well covered. The development of the disabled Jon and what he was able to accomplish was inspiring.I just can't say enough about this story. It was tragic, it was heartfelt, happy and sad. I liked the way it covered relationships between husband and wife, mothers and daughters, lovers, friendships and siblings.

I have come to expect Diane Chamberlain to give me a great story with lots of nuance & some surprises
The characters in this book were very well developed. I have come to expect Diane Chamberlain to give me a great story with lots of nuance & some surprises. She did not disappoint. This is a story about a woman who is involved in a tragedy & must find a way to work through her trauma. As she goes through the long forgotten memories of her past , she finds much more than she expects.
