Straight replacement for C21 which had stopped working.
Had original C21 programmer which suffered a broken backplate after being accidentally hit. This C27 which allows different time settings for every day of the week was a straight replacement which saved any change to the wiring. Photo taken, fuse pulled and backplate rewired in 5 minutes. Clicked programmer in place and all working well. Very quick delivery from seller and good price too!

Almost Impossible to Use
The instructions for operating this system are more complex than anything I have encountered in at least a decade. Apparently, these kinds of units are more common in the UK than in the US, which is my home country. But my inability to utilize this unit has left me freezing on a cold day with little hope of figuring it out. Just turning off the unit, a seemingly simple task, is even to complicated to muster.
