Trap Shack - A Company That Cares
initially I was not too happy: of the 12 links in the package, one was defective and one was a much smaller size. I complained, and Trap Shack sent me, free of charge, a new package of 12, all of which were the proper size, and all of which worked. This was amazing, and shows they truly value their reputation with customers and cares about them. As a result, I am giving them and their product 5 stars.

Took awhile to ship and arrive, but I expected that with the item coming from China. I was surprised that they are actually built well and seem, so far, to hold the weight (400 pounds) that they were made for.
