It really is easy to use
The first one stopped working after 2 weeks. I contacted the company and they sent a new one straight away. Top class service ty. The new one is awesome. Very grateful. So easy to use.

Not Recommended
The hob arrived with a broken plug which I changed. Worked well for couple of days. Rear hob stopped working. Returned. Awaiting refund.

Works with any 13A socket
Works with any 13A socket so I could plug in and start to learn and appreciate this very different way of cooking. The controls seem limited bur it turns out that it is really easy to learn and then easy to control cooking as it happens. A fine piece of kit. Probably getting another.

stopped working within a year!
stoped working within 11 months, i complained to amazon and explained the issue but was asked to submit proof. it then suddenly started working again so i couldn't prove it wasnt working, Now 3 months out of the year warranty it as stopped working again, Contacted company, no reply. amazon wont help as they refer me to message seller..
