Painkiller Jane Volume 2: Everything Explodes! (PAINKILLER JANE TP)

On Painkiller Jane: Things Explode volume 2. Dynnamite is still pumping out get pieces of work. This is my second issue of Painkiller Jane that I have read. I reviewed the first volume as well. I will defiantly be reading this series. The artwork is beautiful. The title without giving away any of the story is very appropriate, in more ways than you could ever imagine. It is just an incredible story. However as I said before this book it not for everyone. There is a lot of graphics that would not please the more reversed comic reader. This product should say something to that effect. But everyone who doesn't to mind reading an all to realistic story and has more recent social values will love it. It is a page turner. Painkiller Jane is such a fun character and this story just makes it so much better. Always one to dive into new situations, this story has Jane trying to take a break from all the hustle and bustle of the city to place her into a laid back situation only to pull her back to the normal grind of being a hero. There are some personal aspects of Jane that get explored in this series (and I won't spoil) but series creator Jimmy Palmiotti just gets the character and how to tell a story. Lee Moder does a bang up job on the series for the visuals so you won't be disappointed.

I recently started reading Painkiller Jane (the new 2014 series) and I was hook after 2 pages. I decided to buy this volume so I could understand more about her back story and I was not disappointed.This paperback contains the 4 comics for the second volume of Painkiller Jane.Parental Guidance : This is a mature comic book for young adults. It contains a lot of violence (the signature of the series), a few sexual scenes, and coarse language.
