The best brand for french presses in my opinion
I use french presses for my coffee every single day. Bodum is the best brand. I have several and have gifted some more. This particular one I like to use to ravel as it is not glass. It is easy to take places. Try it!

I needed a carafe that would not break or sip off the counter on the ship. Whoa was the one!

No good
Bodum products in the past very good. The plunger on this thing is too short, it doesn’t press.

It’s nice to have a French press that has a bigger capacity but there’s a lot of sludge which I didn’t have with my old glass one that makes one cup.

Flawed function
A nice looking bodum, but the screen is flawed . So coffee grounds end up in coffee.

Cheap, did poor job
I used for cold brew, and it was a struggle. So many grounds in it, the plunger struggled, so it felt like I had plunged all the way and I hadn’t, but you can’t see through it to tell. I ended up returning it.
