Huge improvement in cheap shoes
I bought a pair of white sneakers from Sparx which has a very bad insole. This insole hugely elevated the comfort.Quality of memory foam is good and provides good shock absorption.The only complaint is it slips inside the show when you move a lot so you will have to readjust it from time to time.
