Who know's why the whole story couldn't be bundled in a single volume?
Seemed to me to recall/steal a lot from Frank Miller's Dark Horse 'Robocop vs Terminator' limited series; not at all impressed by the artwork.

That is about the only nice thing I can say about it though
I bought this for my kindle and I will say, for a comic, it translates well to the digital format. That is about the only nice thing I can say about it though. The art is confusing but not as horrible as the art to Frank Miller's RoboCop 2. It just seems crowded and uninspired, but not as cramped as RoboCop 2. At times, you feel the artist had no idea what he was drawing and the story can seem hard to follow. Then again, it isn't like the artist had much of a story to tell begin with. Characters exist without names (had to read a review online to find out 'OCP Woman' is supposed to be doctor Fax) and the story line seems to borrow heavily (or maybe it is the other way around) from the superior RoboCop vs. Terminator. My suggestion is skip this one (even at 4 bucks, it just isn't worth it) and grab RoboCop vs Terminator instead.

more like an old-school romantic of the MALTESE FALCON era--dames and ...
Decent Frank Miller effort, albeit very violent. I don't think Miller is as cynical as people say, more like an old-school romantic of the MALTESE FALCON era--dames and fellas and that kind of thing. I know that we can't actually get back to 1943, but I don't think Miller's the reactionary jerk he's often painted as. He's traditional and radical both, that is to say, complicated--like everyone.
