After you get past the cute packaging, that's where it starts to fail. I am looking for performance and comfort. This company claims that it last 4 times longer, and stays frozen longer. Longer than what? The problem is that the packs aren't filled with enough gel. They're full of voids, and just too flat. Therefore, the less gel, the quicker it thaws. I appreciate the whole idea of this, but it just doesn't deliver. Looks aren't enough for me. I expect a good product. The packs should be fuller, or they should add 2 more to the whole package. One doesn't freeze quickly enough while you're in need of the next one. Just not worth the money.

I'd been searching for a hot and cold pack for perineal pain relief after having surgery. And I couldn't be happier with this product! These hot and cold packs are super comfortable to use, a perfect size, and hold their heat and cold for a really long time. The washable super soft sleeves make them really easy and comfy to use. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone experiencing perineal discomfort or pain, even period pain.The packaging is super cute too, and the carry bag makes the product discreet if you need to carry it in your purse!! These are a really good size and heat up quickly. They seem very sturdy. The covers are a good quality. Using these is a lot nicer than trying to manipulate ones that are bigger or different shapes because they're made for somewhere else.

Excellent product! I recently had an upper Blepharoplasty (upper eyelid surgery) and needed a product that I could use as a cool compress and a few days later use a warm compress on my swollen eyes. I am an ICU nurse and I have used many products. This product is very effective and excellent quality. My eyelids look great with the help of these cold and hot pads . Would highly recommend this product if you are having any surgery that needs cold or hot compresses.

I was extremely tender and swollen after giving birth and the packs really helped. They are great quality and retain the heat and cold. Packaging is really nice too - it would make a great baby shower/registry gift!
