I bought this one for a gift. Since I already have one, I knew it would be a good product!

I read reviews prior to purchasing this cup, and when it arrived, and for the first few days, I was really happy with the quality and the look of it. The cup is large and well made, my coffee stayed warm enough to get me through early afternoon coffee break, and the images are cute. I carry a wide tote bag to work, and would stand the cup in one end of the tote bag each morning so that it was supported by the tall side of the bag, and by the contents lined up alongside it. I was meticulous about making sure the cap was securely in place and the slider tab was snugly closed. At the end of one workday I got into my car and went to rummage through my tote for something and realized the cup had tipped over sometime during the day. Fortunately it was the end of the day and not the beginning, as there was not a flood of coffee in my tote, but the cup had somehow unquestionably leaked coffee over my belongings. I was quite disappointed. I examined the lid for any defect with the gasket or slider tab, and found nothing. I will not purchase this brand again, and I threw the lid in the trash and gave away the nice, steel cup for someone who will use it at home instead of transporting it. I will purchase a travel cup in the near future, but will try something with a screw-on type of lid, to see if this works better for my needs.

This is a very well insulated, I love that the lid screws on and it keeps my drinks hot & cold forever. People always compliment my cup. I love my Rottweiler and this cup shows just how much...

The images of the Boston Terriers are so clear and crisp. The product looks better than the picture in the ad. It's a nice size. It's a great gift. It doesn't look like a cheap tumbler. Nice. The bad part was the wait time. I actually ordered 2 of these They were supposed to be here within a couple of days, instead after 2 days I was notified they were delayed. I finally relieved the 1st one today, they have now extended the wait time on the 2nd tumbler to 3 more weeks from now! I canceled the order for the 2nd tumbler.

I own two of these tumblers. I got one for Christmas (Jack Russell) and loved it so much I bought another one for myself (Dachshund). It is the perfect size (20 oz). It keeps my water cold for hours. It works perfectly with a stainless straw. I highly recommend these tumblers!

Lovely design but I’m afraid that’s the only positive! Difficult to drink from ,seems to build up a vacuum when lid is closed so it pushes the main lid up so check before drinking otherwise you end up wearing it or it pops when you open drinking part and covers your hand with the contents in the cup. The only way to stop this is to leave the drinking part of the cup open all the time with defeats the purpose of the cup .

I loved the design particularly as I’m a proud mom of 3 Cavaliers, so this drinks flask really appealed to me. Unfortunately I took no notice of the reviews and found out for myself that as soon as you put lid on your hot drink, the lid pushes itself up due to the heat of your drink rendering it very unsafe and dangerous.This design would surely be better if lid was screw on instead of push on?Sadly I have to return. And I do not recommend.
