I REC'D THE REMOTE AND CAME IN LATER THAN I WAS TOLD PLUS CAME WITHOUT A BATTERY! ALSO THE REMOTE DOESNT WORK AND I VERIFIED IT TO MY SOUND BAR AND IT MATCHES PER MNAUF. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND $$$ AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM AMAZON SELLING LIST B/C ITS THE SECOND ONE THAT HAS NOT WORKED FROM THIS SOUND BAR COMPANY!!!

Perfect replacement
My original remote that came with my Blackweb sound bar stopped working suddenly. Bought this one & it works PERFECTLY. All I had to do was throw a battery in & use it as if nothing happened. Bought the 3yr protection plan in case it goes wrong by then, but now I know where to find an exact replacement.

Just what I wanted
The delivery was fine and the product was correct, but the design is horrible. Hard to change the battery without opening the whole thing.

Worked great after I stole the battery out of the old remote.

Works better than the original IMO
Received on time and to me it seems like it works better than the original. The original was kinda picky about the angle but that became moot after my dog chewed it up.
