...didnt seem brand new at all. They are not a vibrant green or even a nice new green. I was very happy to get a 9-setting hose nozzle for my flex-able hoses. They work wonderfully but didn't appear to be new, or recent new, as they looked as though they were stored in an outside shed for a while. The nozzles were a bit discolored as was the packaging, which looked a bit worn. But aesthetics aside it works perfectly.

I am revising my review of this product based on the responsiveness of the seller to my review. I was told that I had gotten one from a defective batch and they volunteered to replace it with a new one. I am very pleased with the replacement. No more leakiness, only great performance. This one matches the performance of my original nozzle by this company that I accidentally broke. I love my new garden hose nozzle!!! I was surprised and pleased that the seller contacted me and wanted to make things right after reading my review. Now THAT is customer service.

Good products and works fine. However this is certainly not brand new and not as described. Package arrive ripped w plastic casing open and clearly used.

Utter trash. The first one of these I bought may have broken because I left the tap on and water flowed into the nozzle (which is activated only upon pressing down the lever), where it accumulated, and when it froze overnight, the nozzle cracked and was useless. So, that was probably my fault. And also the cheap plastic construction. I stupidly ordered a second one (this one), didn't hook it up until well after the last frost, and today I was just using it when an invisible crack suddenly developed out of the blue, water firing out all over the place. So that's a second one broken, and this one didn't even last two months!!! I live in Baltimore, not the desert, so it is unlikely the nozzle has had to endure repeated high and then low temperatures that could've caused the crack. And now we are well behind any frost. Oh, and I've never dropped the nozzle once. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

And, when an occasional question arises, they cannot do enough to make sure the consumer is completely satisfied. Knowing this position, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and highly recommend them to other consumers.

works great! seamlously, no leaks. Lightweight and easy to use. I have chronic joint pain on my hands and this was easy on my hands. Would recommend for someone who has arthritis or weakness as this is a breeze to use. great product. Will order more.

Nice choice of spray patterns. Feels good to hold. Developed a bad leak from a split where the hose connector enters the handle.
