Anji Mountain Deluxe Bamboo Roll-Up Chairmat, 48 x 72-Inch, 8mm Thick, Natural

I might come back later and add or remove a star. This is after 3-4 weeks of use:This is a beautiful product and makes my office look much nicer. I even bought a bamboo monitor stand to match, and will probably buy a bamboo waste bin. I have a really thick carpet that was shredding plastic mats and this one hold up great. I put the last plastic mat I had underneath this bamboo one just as an added measure. My chair rolls smoothly and there's plenty of room to roll around. I really appreciate that it's a series of slats so I can fold it to move it around. You can't really roll it up because the slats are too big, but that's not an issue. The backing is really nice, doesn't slip around, and is sturdy when I fold the mat. So, other than my negative issue below this is 5+++ stars!. BTW, I'm 165 lbs on an Aeron chair, so it's not like I'm stress testing it, but the slats don't bend AT ALL in he deep carpet.One big issue: the edge of each slat is slightly splintering. That's the edges between two slats. So I have 'shavings' floating around and it's starting to look a little worn. Not too bad, but if it gets worse I'll be unsatisfied. It's starting to look slightly used and the bamboo underneath is a lighter color so it's totally noticeable. The part of the mat that I don't roll on still looks fine. Basically if it looks like trash in 6 months I'll be pissed, but if this is just some minor breaking in I'll be OK.

So much better than my old bamboo mat. Wider and thicker panels. So far so good.

This is a really nice floormat. It is exactly what I was looking for, except that the advertised dimensions are wrong. It is 59 inches long, not 60 inches. I made it work, but accurate measurements would have been nice.

Originally purchased a thinner plastic mat for my home but sent it back immediately as it was worthless on any carpet. The 8mm bamboo mat performs perfectly on carpet and looks fantastic. Don't go cheap, you'll regret it.

Padding on the bottom seems tough and holds it in place really well. Very little off-gasing smell. Packaging was well designed to keep it safe!

We've used this type of chair pad before and it's the only kind for a heavier person, on low pile carpet. My husband is about 230-240 lbs and doesn't make a dent. He eventually wore through a thinner version, so was happy to see this 8mm mat come into stock. I am still using a thinner version in my home office. I love these mats and highly recommend the style and brand.

I love this mat. It gorgeous, it’s much better than the ugly plastic things you buy from an office supply store. I needed a chair mat in my carpeted room/office. I didn’t want it to look like an office too much because it’s also my bedroom. This mat is perfect. It functions great but also looks really nice. And it’s sturdy. Just what I was looking for.

I was surprised at the strength of this chairmat. I am using it on carpet and it is working very well. Besides it looks so nice. This is the 8mm which is much heavier than the 5mm. It would appear that this mat will last longer than the 5mm (I have both).
