Fixes the leak
The problem with these cartridges is that the bottom part comes out when it is worn, making it hard to remove. The good thing is that they do seem to last a few years before they go bad. Slightly hard to replace without damaging the faucet due to the nut being so tight.

It was priced right, fit well. Make sure you order for the correct side: right hot, left cold. I ordered incorrectly and now the cold water turns the wrong way!
