Rose of Anzio - Remembrance (Volume 4): a WWII Epic Love Story

An absolutely great series of which Remembrance is the crown jewel. The research into the battle scenes is thorough and the excellent writing carries the reader right there on the sidelines, watching.The characters are developed in depth, with all their joys and sorrows, so much so that the reader cannot forget them.Another masterpiece by Alexa Kang!

I was waiting so ansious for this fourth book to know how this amazing story finally developed, and it filled all my expectations and much more!!!. It was full of surprised, and so heartbraking moments that made me cry as if was living the sad fate of several characteres I loved so much since the first book. I think this fourth book is a master piece that honor Tessa, Anthony, Jesse, and Aaron. It demostrated that love is strong and can survive to horror and dispair. Also loved the description of Tessa's father, a beautiful character that enchanted me!!!!Good Job dear Alexa, you are in my list of so good writers, and will follow you, wanting to read more of your stories hoping you will continue giving us this kind of lovely works.

I enjoyed the premise of this four book story, character development, good, sometimes unbelievable.Bottom line enjoyable. Good twists and turns, it didn’t drag along.Well done!

It was a good finish to the 4 books. I think the whole thing could have been a little shorter. The ending was nice.

A wonderfully well written epic World War II love story. I truly enjoyed every minute of this story starting back in Chicago, all the way to Italy, France and Germany. Then to begin with London and back to the USA. There are so many beautiful stories, right along with the tragedies that make you laugh bad cry. Thank you for letting me be part of it! Bonnie

This last book in the Rose of Anzio series does not disappoint! The uncertainty of war changes the story in so many ways, and so quickly, that it was hard not to read this in one sitting! Without writing too many spoilers I'll add that going to this war (or any) is obviously scary...Alexa wrote with such detail, I was experiencing the ups and downs of being there through the thoughts and actions of every character. I was cheering them on while hoping they made it out alive!

Such an AMAZING Series. I would recommend anything written by Alexa Kang.The characters remain with you long after you have finished the books.
