Green was more of a teal color, needed green and cannot return. It was for a wedding cake so I'm disappointed.

Only using for decorations
No idea on taste, so am not commenting. We build gingerbread houses not for consumption. They look nice, though; have a pearlescent quality. They’re kind of expensive, but I don’t know how to make these from scratch.
