DII Ceramic Gift Mug Collection Hand Painted Funny Shaped Tea/Coffee Cup Set, 12 Ounce, Llama, 2 Count

First off, since the description is completely vague, you get TWO cups per purchase. I needed two cups, so bought this item x2, and now have four cups. *sigh*They are adorable! Cute little faces, shaggy bangs, colorful blankets.Now, the problems:- Small handles. These cups are pretty big, so I guess they tried to make thicker handles to offset the weight. That's great, except they didn't make the opening larger. I took a photo...I don't have large hands, and my fingers are squished in there.- Inside bottom molding. Ok, those little feet are adorable. But the INSIDE of the cup should be, well, cup-like! There are four indents/wells where the feet are on the outside. Your creamer or sugar is going to settle into these wells and no spoon will be touching it. And we don't have a dishwasher, so getting these clean is going to be a pain.- rough finish on the outside feet.Of course they are mass-produced, but these were apparently popped off the mold and boxed up. The bottoms of the feet are very rough, and could definitely scratch a table surface. I briefly thought about gluing felt on the bottoms, but that would be a mess every time they were washed.In conclusion, these are adorable, but functionally designed poorly. These make better pencil cups than coffee cups.

I purchased this mug set as a birthday gift for my sister and I to each have one. When it arrived, it was the llama mugs. “It’s ok” I thought, “just a shipping mistake”. So I ordered a replacement…and it was STILL the llama mugs! And this 2nd time around the lama mugs were not in a safely packaged box like the first set, AND they had a sticker on the bag coding them as the cactus mugs! I gave up and returned them without trying again. Pretty bummed though because the cactus mugs are adorable. 💔

Edited from 4 to 2 stars because after 4 months of infrequent use they have cracked on the inside and now cannot be used to hold beverages safely.These are really for decoration only.1st review was 4 stars: He LOVED these mugs, seriously! Only drawback is that they can’t be microwaved- I don’t micro any enameled mugs anymore anyway due to the lead in ceramics. I’d buy more colors 💖

Received yesterday. Mugs are really cute for we purchased this as a gift for someone who likes gnomes! My husband opened my box to see if everything was in order & it was. However, one of the mugs is slightly chipped around the rim on the inside. Please, seller contact me in regard to this, Thanks!

Ordered two of them and both of them are chipped on the handle and one is chipped on the H and it looks like they will chip more in a few areas. They were packaged really well so I don't think that the shipping was the issue, they are just poor quality.

Had to return as it was damaged
