Recently broke my hand, works great for swelling, cools fast and can use it without worrying about needing to buy another as it won't break

So cold (without going in the fridge!) and substantial weight - great for swollen face. The two sides mould to the face well and are comforting. I purchased mine for swollen eyes and it is soothing and helps reduce puffiness. I keep mine on a windowsill out of the sun and it’s cool enough to keep the steel ready for use. BUT may need fridge for warmer temperatures. It’ll last forever too! Highly recommended - I’d use as an alternative to an ice pack for small areas of skin.
