This book can bring hope to people who feel hopeless!
Dr. Lee does an amazing job helping people make sense of a complex problem that the lay person can understand. Buy and give this book to anyone you hear has been searching for answers with TMJ symptoms which may be more symptoms than most people know. An amazing read!!

easy to understand
I am a TMD dentist. I often refer my patients to this book. I find that they can relate to the book and get a clearing understanding of TMD.

more like a pamphlet
Good information but not worth the money for the length. It is more like the length of a pamphlet not a book.

Validation
I feel validated by your book & can refer people who are clueless to my pain to your bookTMJD is realI had trauma to the head in 1992, diagnosed in 1993... many people are clueless about TMJD, they think I'm faking or drug seeking. Drugs are the last thing I want. I would love an AFFORDABLE splint or surgery to be healed.Wore different splints over the years. In 2010 my jaw locked closed for 3 months... I had surgery in 2011 (just debriedment). I continued to wear a splint till about 2 yrs ago when mine broke.I plan to contact one of the specialists from that website you provided in the book. This book is a new hope.So grateful!!!

So helpful in understanding TMD
This book was so helpful in understanding TMD and keeping it so simple. It is a very quick read and I would recommend this to anyone struggling with TMD. This would be so helpful for dentists as well who can learn more about it, very straightforward. Thank you Dr Mac Lee for bringing this to the world! I have recommended it to so many others

Short and to the point
This book is much smaller than I anticipated, but it does have a lot of useful info. It can be read in one sitting. I’m not using a ICCMO dr, so it does make me question which method is the best. The more I read about treating TMJ issues the more unsure I am on how to be treated.

Ebook version not finished product
The information is straight forward and written in layman’s terms but the ebook version is missing all of the illustrations that the text refers to. Multiple page numbers occur on the screen so it feels more like a draft than finished product. There isn’t a ton of substance to this book. The entire ebook can be read in 10 minutes. It’s more of a guide. I still found it useful, but not sure it was worth the price.

Simply put.
Doctor means teacher, not healer. Mac Lee lives that definition. Voltaire said, “The roll of the physician is to entertain the patient while the body heals itself.” According to this book, that is what Neuromuscular Dentists help happen. Dr. Lee brings it in to a level that can be understood and a great place to start helping you regain the joy of pain free life.

Easy to understand
This book has been written to introduce the reader to the basic concepts surrounding TMD/TMJ issues. Dr. Lee has done a great job boiling it down to simple analogies that everyone can understand. I have bought numerous copies to start handing out to my TMD patients to allow them to educate themselves what is happening and discover a path to getting better.
