It works well enough to clean the laundry but it keeps leaking out the bottom. Every time I run a load I have to put towels under it. Does anyone know why this might be happening? It's very counter productive to have to keep dirtying towels to get clean clothesEdit: after taking the back off, we found that a plastic part had broken and the outlet tube had sliced from it. Not sure if this happened before the delivery process or during the delivery process.

I’m glad that I invested washer machine. I notice it washes better than the ones in the apartment complex. I don’t have to worry about stepping out from my apartment and try to hurry and get a machine to wash. I could do it on my own pace and time.The only downfall on this because I live in an apartment complex I have to constantly hear the machine running, and I have to manually turn off and on the faucet.

I bought this for my dad since he cannot go up or down the stairs to do laundry. It was working great for a maybe 2 months and it broke. He told me something went bang and water started coming out from the bottom everywhere. Not a good buy, wouldn't recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It was bigger than I thought and made with quality. It was easy to setup to my bathroom faucet. I also bought the rolling cart for it so it is easy to move around. I set the was to 01 Intelligent mode and I filled the drum with three days of my clothes. It did a great job quietly. I also bought the Vivohome dryer. I am so happy that I no longer have to share a laundry room with 12 other apartments! So convenient and will save money in the long run. I also recommend using the EarthSense washing sheets. They are perfect for this machine and eco friendly.

We got this to put in our rental. Three adults use this with 3-4 loads total per week. We keep it in the kitchen and we were able to hook up to a water line on the other side of the wall and we drain it outside (using environmental safe detergent). Does a really good job removing water during spin cycle and it overall pretty quiet. I would recommend this.My only complaint would be the “energy use” sticker placed on the from off the unit did not peel off and it looks icky :-(

The machine was working great for a few weeks but the threads on the plastic water inlet port (connection from the sink to the machine) has worn down and barely seals now. Water was leaking everywhere. Reached out for a replacement part but they don't have any, who doesn't have replacement parts? Now I'm going to need to find a replacement part on McMaster.I'm not surprised this happened either, the connection from the port to the house is 45° which puts a lot of strain on the threaded port. It's a bad design. Just be aware of it or leave the hose on and never remove it.

I am delighted & surprised at how much cleaner my clothes came out! It was very quiet, excellent choice for small places. I purchased an 8 wheel dolly to put underneath it and it maneuvers very well! It stays balanced & I can easily sleep while my last load is washing! 10 stars for this lil baby, maybe 11 for extreme cuteness!

0 stars. First product arrived destroyed - broken plastic bottom was smashed. Impossible to return. Finally got a second order. It leaks so bad its unusable. Tried it for 3 months now stuck with a $600 piece of trash. Never will I buy any appliance from amazon or this scam of a seller. cheap chinese garbage.

I have had this washer for months now. It is quiet, efficient, and does a thorough job. That being said the internal hoses are a bit of a draw back. They are quite cheap for the price I paid. I have twice now had to repair or replace hoses. Once, the drain hose as it had shattered (yes shattered) in transit. Amazon was kind enough to replace it for me, with a much higher quality hose. The second time has been an ongoing patch job on the internal drum line. There are many unfinished/ sharp plastic pieces intery that rub against this hose, causing holes and tears. This is a poor oversight in design, coupled with under calibre hoses.If you are handy and willing to fix or replace hoses, it's totally worth the price! I'd suggest buying a hose kit right away though

To start off, I bought a Vivohome twin 2 in 1 twin tub back in 2020 the small one and it has served me well, and it still works. So when I seen this big guy 13 pounds of clothes I just had to buy it because it was bigger. So far this machine has been amazing!!!! It runs very well. Its a must buy for sure!. Thanks Vivohome!

Worst mistake I have ever made! I bought this March 19, 2022 and the stupid thing has leaked water since right after the time I could return it and today October 6 2022 it is completely done. The thing won’t spin and the water is just pouring out the bottom. We have tried everything to fix it with no success, when you look at the bottom you literally can’t do anything in there. Also no options for professional repairs. Absolute GARBAGE DO NOT BUY!!!
