I really like taking this supplement is it really does help. It really works for me. It is a hard pill, medium size, but not too hard to swallow with enough water. I could not detect any smell or taste to this pill.

I am really excited to try this glucosamine supplement, I have had great success with it in the past and I have aged a lot since so I think I will benefit from it even more now. This brand seems extremely reputable, it is noted that the product is formulated by rheumatologists and that it is lab-verified. It is more expensive than other supplements that have similar ingredient profiles but because they can prove that such ingredients are actually present in their product, I believe it’s worth it. Especially if the results coincide with those positive test results. This supplement is relatively simple to take. They are hard capsules and they are on the larger size. The recommended dose is 2 capsules once daily. I take them at night with my other vitamins and supplements. Now I have only taken it a few days now so I can’t really say what my results are yet but I can say that I am impressed with everything I have learned so far about this company. Apparently they have been operating for 20 years. You don’t stick around that long unless you have really great, trustworthy products. I’m looking forward to more comfortable joints!
