Adhesive Backed Vinyl Sheets ORACAL 651 - Size 12" x 10' each roll (Brilliant Blue)

I ordered the Oracal 651 glossy black 12x10 roll from Vivvid Vinyl and I am very happy with it! I got into to making decals about a year ago, at which point I made a large order through an Oracal distributor. It lasted a long time, but I recently ran out of black, so I came to Amazon as I needed it quickly for orders. I know there are many sellers on Amazon, so I was a bit concerned as others had stated it didn't work well or wasn't Oracal brand. So I took a chance and placed my order - and yes, the vinyl I received was definitely Oracal. There were no creases or bends. It was nicely rolled and it cuts perfectly. If you are making smaller decals, I recommend cutting into sheets and weighing it down for a day or 2. It really helps make it nice and flat. Overall, I'm very happy and will be ordering again!

Oracal is my favorite vinyl, but this is the first time that the measurements were not correct (the width is about 1/4” too short), and it looks like a preschooler cut it! I’m not going to measure it to see if it’s actually 10 feet long as advertised, but I hope that they didn’t cheat me that way as well. I’ve never had this problem with Oracal vinyl, and I’m very disappointed.

I ordered this vinyl to create the lettering for our yard sale signs. The circuit cut the vinyl without any problems and the vinyl adhered to the corrugated plastic signs like with any other past project. The signs looked so good I decided to save them for future use. I stored them in my building out back. Heat is the only element the contents are exposed to in the storage unit. I went out last week to retrieve some extra household items I store out there as well and I noticed most of the letters had fallen off the signs. We had the yard sale almost 2 months ago. So the signs were not old. I keep all of my extra paper products, laundry products, cleaning products as well as dry food in this building and never had a problem what so ever. So my conclusion is that if the vinyl can’t hold up to extreme dry temps then I wouldn’t recommend it for anything exposed to all the outside elements for any length of time. The signs were never used for my yard sale . We forgot about them after working so hard to get the items ready for the sale. Go figure! We live on a main road and it was Memorial Day weekend so advertising wasn’t necessary for us based on our location. I hope this helps!

I’ve used several different brands of vinyl and Oracle is probably one of my favorites. It cuts and weeds really well. I’ve had a few minor issues with tiny air bubbles, but they usually go away within a day or two of applying the vinyl. I used this vinyl for a large window decal, it was easy to apply and work with.My only issue was that the seller put tape and a sticker around the roll of vinyl. I was able to peel it off slowly but it left a sticky residue that I couldn’t clean off and made most of the first 3-4 inches of vinyl unusable.

On time and as expected! Not wrinkled or old feeling easy to work with!

This is real Oracal 651. I did a test cut and it cuts fine with my cricut on vinyl setting and weeds easily. I purchased golden yellow thinking it would be gold yellow but it is more orange than yellow. It is difficult to tell on screen what a color actually looks like so I did have to buy a different color (signal yellow) at a local store for my current project.
