Q: I had a problem with our older wire brush, the bristles would fallout when i would brush our pool. Would this be an issue with this brush?

I had the same problem with this brush. Don’t recommend it. Had these small metal bristles left in the pool. A real hazard. I bought another brush from my local pool guy. He promised the bristles would not come out and so far so good.

Q: Can you use this for a above ground pool?

No. It is strictly for use on cement/gunite pools. Stainless steel bristles would harm plastic liners or fiberglass gel coat.

Q: will this brush work on pebble tea surface?

Yes! I use that brush on my pepple tec pool and it works without scratching the surface.

Q: Would the bristles scratch pool glass?

The specifications state "Do not use on vinyl pools.", so the stainless steel bristles are "hefty". As to glass, I haven't noticed any scoring, but I have very few "penny tiles" and a trim band of blue porcelain tile at the water line. We don't use a brush very often, so I don't have a definitive answer, and one can't "prove" a "negative" anyhow.
