U may have to pust it gently. But firs and works well with both my Panasonic intercom Cordless phones

Poor quality - plus MRP on the box is 190/- Seller sells at 350/-
The product was of very poor quality - after seeing the finish of the product and packaging, I tested the 5.5V output just be sure before connecting equipment.One adapter put out at 6.36 volts and the other 7.41 volts. Product is bad beyond imagination - buyer beware!!!Seller had listed it at 350/- while the box showed price at 190 for 5.5V and 280 for 6.5V version.Returned it right away.

After trying in vain to add a 220 to 110 step down Convertor which keeps on failing, decided to give up trying to use the 110v default adaptor and instead use a 220volt adaptor This one seemed good choice and surprised to see it is holding up so well in day and night continuous operation.
