Games Workshop Blood Angels Sanguinary Guard

Came on time and are amazing to paint. Will buy again.

I really like this set. I am a novice at painting these WH space marines....this set has got LOTS of detail to the five guys, all parts were on sprue, GREAT low price and all way round great buy!!

If you play Blood Angels, you need this kit.Not only are the Sanguinary Guard a must-have unit for the Blood Angels - even in 9th Edition Warhammer 40,000 - the kit itself comes with a bunch of Blood Angel-specific leftover bitz that you must happily spread throughout your army.Because earlier editions of 40K made a distinction between Sanguinary Guard bearing Death Masks and those without, the kit comes with a ton of spare chapter-specific heads. Additionally, there are plenty of great-looking shoulder pauldrons (again, more than you need for the squad of five that comes in the box) to farm out to characters and other squads.My only gripe is that there are not enough of each of the Encarmine Swords and Encarmine Axes to equip an entire squad one way or the other. You'll need to either buy an extra box - which you will need to do anyway if you want a Chapter Standard to accompany your squad(s) - or get clever with some conversions.

Descending on wings of Fire, The Sanguinary Guard will bring swift justice to the enemies of mankind.
