Used this in nicu
When our daughter was in the nicu and we couldn’t do skin to skin this was our saving grace. It is so nice and easy to use & adorable! I will forever remember this little thing in the incubator playing the heartbeat nonstop ❤️ great buy!

Breathing sound is.....unusual
The description says it emulates the caregiver. If the caregiver was Darth Vader, that would be accurate.

Battery life sucks
Battery life on the Owl sucks compared to Lulladoll. This is my third one and I’m changing battery’s in the owl every week.

Terrible customer service when I purchase directly from the website
I purchased this and it stopped working within 30 days there’s never ran more than 12 hours at a time, it’s not even loud enough on the loudest setting. I contacted their customer service and they were zero help and won’t stand behind their products. So now I’m out at least $40.
