Good quality and material
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I'm 18 and haven't worn a pair of skates in probably around 9 years. I wanted a pair of good quality skates to get me started while I learn, and these are working out perfect for me so far! The suede is pretty thick and hard right now but I'm sure it will soften up with use. The wheels are great and feel good, they do well on slick concrete like in my garage (although a tad grippy, as soft wheels should be) and felt nice on the road and sidewalks. I wear a women's 7.5 so I opted for the size 6 and they fit perfectly! The only issue I've had so far is the tongue of the boot sliding to the side after a few minutes but it doesn't make it uncomfortable or fit weird, just a slight pet peeve that could most likely be solved with a different way of lacing or textured socks. Haven't had an issue with blisters through a few hours of skating nonstop, but I do have tender places on my ankles where blisters typically like to show up, a bandaid solved this issue pretty quick though.Glad I purchased these skates and I can say, even as a broke college student, they were worth the price and I don't regret it at all since they will last a long time.

So happy with my purchase
I own some Sure Grip skates already. As a person who has wide feet I love how comfortable they are for me. My purple sure grips have indoor wheels, and I wanted a skate set for outdoor use. I found these on rollerskatenation.com and loved the color options and the price. I read hundreds of reviews from the web and Ultimately went with the red ones. I am so glad I did. They fit my wide feet perfectly (order a size down from your street shoe ladies). The color is so vibrant and even after using them several times the wheels still are bright and not dingy. I did order a suede cleaner and protector for my boots though.Yes they are stiff but I am still breaking them in. By far my favorite pair of skates.

Amazing! Trusted seller and quality product.
Really excited about these skates and incredibly happy that I could find a seller that had them in stock with extremely fast shipping. These skates in my opinion fit true to size. I’m a women’s 8 which is the equivalent to a men’s 7 which is what I ordered and they fit like a glove! The suede boot IS stiff at first (that’s to be expected with any leather product) but this was very easy to fix. All I did was flex the suede around the ankle area to break it in a little and they’re already a thousand times more comfortable. I would recommend wearing them around the house for an hour or two with a heavy sock before skating to help break them in a little more before going outside. Don’t let this discourage you as leather products are very forgiving and will stretch and mold to the shape of your foot. The other thing I noticed is the stock toe stop isn’t the best, but that’s also not entirely unusual nor is that the sellers fault. For this, I would recommend replacing the toe stops which is pretty affordable ($20-$30). If you’re reading this and unsure of what toe stop to replace the stock ones with, I would say either the Chaya cherry bombs or Gumball! Aside from these two things I have to say this is a very well made skate. The boot is stitched and also looks like it was glued so that adds for double reinforcement for outdoor skating. The plate is nylon so it’s lighter than aluminum and they come with 65mm/78A wheels, perfect for a smooth ride on pavement! All in all I would absolutely recommend this skate to anyone who is looking for quality at an affordable price. Great for beginners as well as those who are more advanced. Hope this helps! <3

Exceptional Quality Outdoor Skates
These skates are outstanding for outdoor skating. I ordered a pair for my daughter in red, and they're really beautiful skates. The wheels are the best outdoor wheels I have ever come across in my 30+ years of rollerskating. She says the skates are very comfortable and easy to skate in. An easy 5 stars, and highly recommended. As far as sizing, if you're new to the Sure-Grip brand, you'll want to go down about 1.5 to 2 sizes for the right fit. (If you wear a 9.5 - 10 street shoe, for example, an 8 should work for you.) Overall, a great skate and well worth the price.

Love ‘Em!!
Super comfortable, and overall amazing skates! I’m a size 8/8.5 in Women’s and I got the 7 and they fit perfectly. The only reason I docked a star was because they came a little roughed up in the mail. The suede on the sides got a little damaged but nothing too bad. Also definitely wear y’all socks with them until they’re completely broken in. The suede is tough and hurts like a bitch if you don’t. Overall, they’re really great and totally worth the money.

Love my red boardwalks!
This is my first pair of quads and I have been skating with them for about 2 months. They were comfortable from the start, no chafing or blisters even with shorter socks. The soft, large wheels are perfect for learning to skate outdoors on a basketball court with some sticks and acorns, they usually crunch anything in their path. I like the deep red color too.The reasons I rated 4/5 were: The first time I laced them up (even before the custom laces) one of the eyelets fell off, as you can see in the pic. Poor quality control. Also, you really need a Y tool to adjust the tightness of the nuts on the wheels. When I first wore them, 4/8 wheels could hardly spin at all which makes it harder to go fast and turn. It’s an easy fix with the tool.Other than those two problems that could have been avoided by the supplier, they’re great. I’m looking forward to using these and customizing them more in the future!
