A must read for anyone who wants to be lean and sculptured
This book is indispensable to anyone who aspires to have a good physique. Whether you are just a beginner who is looking for a road map or a seasoned pro that wants to get back in shape, this book is a great quick read that breaks down in simple, easy to follow steps, what you need to do in terms of dieting, exercise, supplementation and lifestyle adjustments. It contains modern applications of nutritional and exercise sciences in ways that can be incorporated based on your level of commitment and desire for results. The author is very mindful of his readers by the way he teaches the "The Six Pack Diet Plan" by offering options for the fast track hardcore audience and the ones that want to build up the pace more comfortably. Either way, you are bound to get results if you start the plan.

Clear and concise
There is so much useful information regarding getting fit. It's worth so much more than what it costs. It's geared towards body builders but anyone looking to lose fat can utilize these body hacks.

Challenged by layout and lack of information geared toward female readers
The book had some tangible information but nothing that you couldn't find for free on a site like muscleandfitness.com, realsolutions.com or muscleandfitnesshers.com. When it came to supplements, there was no specific data with intake per pound of body weight consideration or with reference to females specifically. So everyone was given the same a scattering of information (I indicate scattering because a chart or localized set of data wasn't provided - the data was just shared throughout the book and then a generic description of each supplement was indicated and when to take them - not quantity per gender or pound, which in all other supplement guides tends to be pretty standard information. The book could have been condensed to about 6 pages of usable info if you removed all the over-the-top medical research data supporting the studies of the supplements he recommends. A more useful, grounded book is 5-factor Fitness. I'm giving 6 Pack Diet Plan two stars because I did find a couple supplements indicated in this book I hadn't found in prior research I've come across.

Improvements Prompt a Lifestyle Change
The book is an easy, but informative read. The author not only outlines the ways to make this diet compatible with your lifestyle, but also analyzes the biological effects your food and exercise has on your body. I have been eating healthier, looking more "ripped", and feeling better about myself since using Rehan Jalali's methods. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have a no nonsense diet and exercise plan that works.

"...it is believed..."???
There is good information in this book, but one must sift through the chaff. The essentials could have been condensed down to less than 30 pages. Instead, there is a lot of "fluff," and after the umpteenth use of "it is believed", I started to lose faith in the information in this book. "It is believed" is right up there with "they said" and "I heard"--it is believed by who? Was there a study done?If you can get a dirt cheap copy of this, sift through it and it'll be fine.

Good read, didn't realize it was "large print"
Enjoyed this book with good information and researched topics. Only problem with the copy I received was that I had no idea it was in size 16 font! Talk about a surprise, I'm pretty sure that everyone behind me on cardio could read the book as well. Definately purchase, but be careful about the typeface.

Absolutely TOP product
Yes the book is slightly on the dear side but the content is fabulous, THIS guy knows what he is talking about when it comes to body fat regulation.Have met him too, top guy and TOP of the industry for knowledge.No brainer for anybody who would like to know more than the average bear when it comes to body fat

Look smart the Rehan way
Exceptional book for six packs. Will try definitely for sure. Hopefully works for me but needs dedication and concentration with lots of will power
