Ber-Fix 2K adhesives - two-component adhesives. are also known as reactive adhesives, structural adhesives or construction adhesives. They are characterised by the fact that the curing is not carried out by the evaporation of a substance such as solvents or water, but by a chemical reaction. It is essential here that the two required components are dosed in the correct mixing ratio and evenly mixed. As adhesive systems, Ber-Fix offers on the following chemical bases: Methyl methacrylate Chemie (MMA) – Ber-Fix 2k high-performance adhesive 1:1 for PE PP Ber-Fix Poly 1:10. Polyurethane (PUR) forming systems, i.e. polyols and cross-linkers - Ber-Fix 2k PUR 1:1. Epoxy resin also epoxy resin (EP) Ber-Fix epoxy adhesive 1:1. Cyanoacrylate also quick or instant glue Ber-Fix 2K gel 1:4 (flexible, standard, metal-filled). 2K adhesives consist of 2 different components (component A + B), which must be mixed together shortly before use, then react to each other and thus achieve their final strength in a short time. These have very high strength and resistance to heat and chemical media when cured.
