This is the second Panera copycat book that I purchased and I'm so glad I did. I like the way the book is organized with a Table of Contents and an Index. It makes it easy to find recipes in the book. The recipes are terrific. The Potato Soup is amazingly good as well as my favorite Bistro French Onion Soup. The sourdough bread bowls are great; the recipe includes a starter which is an added bonus. Most of the salad recipes include instructions for making the dressing-I have another Panera copycat book that does not. This book is well worth the price.
