Works great for the young folks too! ;)
I'd never used a shoe horn before. In fact I considered them one of those weird things you buy when you're old, like a card-shuffler or a motorized recliner. The only people I knew who used them were elderly and had mobility issues. Key point: I wear black lace up boots, have worn them since I was old enough to choose my own clothes. I *despised* tennis shoes as part of the main stream yuppie costume and indicator of wealth and social status and refused to wear them. But...now, as a fifty-ish home owner, I am learning to do as much house repair and garden maintenance as possible. After the fourth or fifth time I tripped over a hose or off a ladder because my boots weren't flexible enough to feel what I was stepping on, I thought I'd give the old "sports" shoes a shot and bought some black Skechers. They're fairly comfortable shoes, but I hate the lacing/unlacing part (my boots are 80% zipper on the inside.) After squooshing my thumb for the umpteenth time I had an idea (not my idea but I remembered it, vaguely) that perhaps one of those shoe-horn thingies might help? Overnighted said shoe horn for just a little under $7 and used it for the first time today. Hallelujah! Shoes on in 30 seconds! Sorry that was such a long review, I just had coffeeeee.

A Better Replacement
My previous shoe horn was a sleek plastic model that was a bit to narrow and sometimes did not work efficiently. Then it broke in two, so I tried this metal Zomake. It works great. Being a bit wider the heel slips in immediately, and since it's metal I don't have to worry about it breaking into pieces.

Makes putting on shoes a breeze!!!
Works perfectly. Wide enough metal area to comfortably make putting on even the tightest shoes a breeze. Sturdy metal so it should last a lifetime.

Good but not super small
Very nice metal shoehorn. Seems very sturdy and smooth, making it easy to put shoes on. I thought it would be slightly smaller, but it’s good for what I need it to do (put shoes on).

This shoe horn does its job perfectly.
I bought this shoe horn for obvious reason - to help put dress shoes on without crushing the heel area. It arrived quickly and was well-packaged. It is very sturdy and durable. Putting on shoes is a breeze; it takes just a few seconds.
