Now that it is installed it works fine. I had a problem with the installation. When I removed the orange cap in preparation for installation, it leaked a few drops of ink over a period of about 30 seconds. I live in a location that is high in elevation. That is probably the cause. The location of manufacture must be at a lower elevation. In consideration of the money I save I will probably get this product again. Next time I will wear disposable latex gloves and will remove the orange cap while holding the cartridge over a trash can for about 30 seconds.

I read the reviews and had to try these.. they are well made and do not leak or smear. However I print alot of pictures and CD and DVD labels. The cartridges work fine but for me the colors are off. I tried many color settings but nothing worked. I eventually threw them in the trash and installed the real thing!

Color and cost is great . I have used several of these cartridges in all colors and have had a couple of them show as empty when the had at least 25% of their ink left. One of the cartridges was a leaker too. I will, however, keep using them because of cost and color quality.

I've been using LD cartridges for a while now. I haven't noticed any significant difference in print quality as compared to the Canon cartridges. I did have one cartridge(cyan) that did not work very well and I ended up throwing it away, but considering the price difference between these and Canon branded cartridges I still came out way ahead.I have only printed a few photos with this brand of cartridge but the few 4x6s' that I did print came out just fine.Shipping by the seller, 4inkjets is very fast.

This is one of the worst thing I ever bought. I have Canon Pixma i4500, and this product said that it is compatible with that printer. As soon as I opened this, it started leaking. It made a mess in my living room. I am kind of guy who generally buys stuff on good faith, hence I don't worry about some bad reviews. This product has changed that nature.This product seems to be one of those ones, if you are lucky it would work otherwise it won't. I was unlucky. That being said, if you want to spend money just based on luck, you would have better chanced in lottery.I would suggest, not to buy this product even if your life is dependent on it.

Ink for my 8 cartridge printer is expensive but I also did not want to skimp on quality. The LD inks work great and the colors are vivid. Now instead of paying big bucks for OEM ink I can purchase the LD brand.

I’m grateful these are on the market as they work fine. The only issue is being very careful when you pop the orange clip off as some ink may have pooled inside...unless you like some random ink stains on your hands and clothing!
