Written to perfection, Wild Rebel the first book in a trilogy featuring Cade and Julie, i was left amazed with how the story unfolded. With a lot angst and definitely a lot of past between the main characters, the story is certainly one that deserves a read!

I swear this author never disappoints and is so versatile with her writing. Her books are engaging, suspenseful, hot and romance that manages to leave me breathless. This start to the trilogy was no different and I ended up finishing it in hours. I loved the new world she has created and can’t wait to read the next book.

Wild Rebel by Laurelin Paige was truly a wild journey. This intense romance was exhilarating and extraordinary in every sense. The billionaire alpha and the fierce heroine coming together in a super sexy and uber angsty romance. But the characters in this story has a distinct edge and satisfying depth in them. And the author has enchanted my heart, ripped it out and I am still bleeding all the feels.Cade Warren has come a long way from his struggling early life. He is rich, powerful and gorgeous. But when his soulmate from the broken past, Julianna Stark aka Joli reaches out for his help after seventeen years of silence, he realizes he hasn't let go any pain or hatred or bitterness. Are they ready for it?I have read each and every book of the Dirty Universe and I seriously cannot get enough of these billionaire bad boys. But this trilogy has started a bit differently. Cade's past is whole lot of dark and twisted. And he is genuinely self made man. This story is told from his POV and the author meticulously dissected all his emotional upheavals and reactions. It was intriguing. Fascinating. I feel this story went far deeper into the characters' psyche than other books of this series. Cade and Joli shared a past that broke them from all sides. And Joli's decision to not run away with him is seen as betrayal and it caused immense heartbreak to Cade and he never really recovered.And the author expertly portrayed his inner battles over Joli's reappearance. He hate her. He loves her. He doesn't want her. And he craves her. He doesn't want to give her any sense of control but she has his heart in his palms. What a magnificent man with raw real emotions. I was completely immersed in the process as I couldn't wait to see where their journey is going. Joli feels like such an amazing woman with boldness and untamed passion. But through Cade's glasses, I could see her flaws and I wanted to explore and understand everything. The story is complicated with puzzle pieces and trust me, that last page is going to make your world explode. BOOM. Because that was EPIC. The chemistry is sizzling hot and so so delicious. But their angsty, aching, terrifying and perfectly imperfect emotional connection was even more enticing. This story was more like Slay series to me with deep emotional scars and incredible detailing.Wild Rebel by Laurelin Paige captured the sensual, suspenseful and seductive vibes perfectly while slashing my heart with angst at the same time. Oh my goodness.... I can't even say how I'm a freaking mix of shock and amazement and completely astounded right now.This book is such a twister and a shocker right out of left field. I'm seriously still reeling after that ending. 😳😳😍😍Cade is meeting with Jolie. It's not just a simple meeting. But she's the girl, who was the love of his life and the last time they were supposed to see each other, she had ditched him completely by not showing up when they were going to run away.It's so many years later now out of the blue she sends him a cryptic email stating that she desperately was in need of his help. Cade was more than shocked about receiving this email asking for a favor when he hadn't seen her in so many years.Yet he agreed to it. Can't let go of curiosity and old habits. But when she meets him and tells him about the so called favour that she needs, he can't believe his ears about what she's asking of him.Throughout the book I had so many questions about what happened so many years before and why are these two such strangers today when once they'd been so close.We do get answers as we are taken in the past, the depth of their feelings and what they meant to each other. Especially the cruelty that Cade had to suffer under the aggressive Headmaster. But surprisingly the headmaster was only cruel to cade and Jolie.I had so many questions regarding this. Amidst all this, Cade gets his friend Donovan on board to uncover past skeletons so they can finally take on the one enemy that has haunted them for years.Cade initially doesn't even want to see Jolie's face and I was really wanting to know why he was so cruel to her. But circumstances work in constantly pushing them together. As Jolie can't go back and needs Cade's help at any risk.This book was so many secrets, feelings that had been buried but couldn't be denied the intensity of them still existed yet the past hurt was too big to let go of simply. On the other hand when beyond shocking things come to light, their mission gets much bigger and dangerous than they had anticipated.Ahhh.. This was such a thrilling ride for sure of emotions and feelings and denying yourself what you want but also a huge secret that completely changed everything.BUT THAT FREAKING ENDING SECRET... I WAS LIKE.... NO FREAKING WAY.... OH MY GOODNESS.. IT WAS A CRAZY REVELATION AT THE ENDING THAT HAD ME CURSING AND IN SHOCK AT THE SAME TIME.SO FREAKING GOOD THIS BOOK. I CAN'T WAIT TO START THE NEXT BOOK IN THIS TRILOGY. LOVED LOVED THIS ONE. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Oh my , what an excellent start to this series ,it seems like a life time ago that we were introduced to Donavan Kincaid & co at Reach . This one is Cade Warren’s story ,he took over the Reach office in Tokyo ,now he’s back in NYC for Westons Marriage, he’s also had a plea for help from the girl who broke his heart years ago . Julianna Stark or Jolie as he called her was the headmasters daughter at the prestigious Stark Academy that her father also owned . Her father was a very cruel sadistic barbaric man who metered out severe punishments to his daughter and Cade . As they became lovers they hatched a plan , which was to graduate then run away together ,but for some reason Jolie refused to go with him , heartbroken Cade left on his own . Naturally he’s still very hurt by her actions but is totally gobsmacked when she tells him what she wants help with . I feel that there’s a lot more secrets and revelations to come out as in this first novel we only get a glimpse into the past of Jolie and at present I’m not quite certain of Jolie’s intentions . They’ve also discovered some unsavoury dangerous information regarding her father and have literally gone into the lions den 😱 ......... can’t wait for book 2

I feel dazed after reading this book. It was so emotional and tense throughout - I felt that I was experiencing it myself. There was sizzling chemistry between the main characters, danger and an unexpected twist. I don't normally like books that are not standalone but in this instance it was not too much of a cliffhanger and the end was satisfying with regards to Jolie and Cade. The next part of the story in book 2 will probably deal with what was discovered about Jolie's father at the end of book 1. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this story - I thought the storyline was exciting, the characters were great and I'm looking forward to reading the next book. Highly recommended.

As ever a very absorbing storyline, with old characters taking a significant part. This being the journey of Cade ‘s experiences now. Donovan plays a big part and Weston not quite so, but his wedding is important. Great to catch up and journey through their lives and rewarding to learn of Cane, the tattooed guy who has an intriguing past that we are learning about. A love , for Jolie, or Julianne , and a hatred of her biological father. A story of torment, both emotional and physical. A journey of missed opportunities and new horizons. Well written, with lots of emotional scenes and triumphs. An ending that makes the water clears, but a dark acknowledgement that may have serious outcomes. Awaiting the next book with excitement and trepidation but patience as too.

This is book 1 of The Dirty Wild series which is set in the Dirty Universe.The author has done an amazing job with this story.After 17 years apart what is going to happen between Cade and Jolie? Their backstory is heartbreaking, here's hoping their present and future is going to be happier.

I love Laurelin Paige books you know your in for a treat always ,So now it's Cade and Jolie that get their own story and it's keep me hooked from the start also good to catch up with old friends from previous books loved it
