Install took 10 minutes. Worked perfectly first try. Just push the awning arm to emulate wind if you don't have the real stuff.

Was not at all what the description said..there is more than 1 product of canopies.

This product sent to me is not compatable with my 2019 Thor RVI have no idea how to return it.

Another Option that the manufacturer should include as standard. I wanted the auto retract for awning so I didn't have to jump up if the wind picked up or I was off somewhere and the awning was left out. You have three different sensitivities you can choose from and all three work accordingly. No problems and install is forthright and should be able to install with a screwdriver, a step stool and following the directions. As a last resort you could even youtube it.

Installed this the day I received it and tested it and everything seemed to work. I put the camper in the shop about two days later and just got it out yesterday. Leaving in 5 days on a trip and tested it and now it does not work. When I go to set the sensitivity the three lights on my panel just flash which is what they did before I ever installed the module. I have unplugged and plugged it back in, same thing. Very disappointed in this $90 purchase. I know my return date has passed but the camper has set in the shop since I received the item. Is there anything you are willing to do to replace this item?
