Logan Console / Sofa Table in Red Cocoa EL-10341

I was looking for a fairly narrow (not deep) table to put behind the front door of my condo. I chose this to fit the bill until I can find the perfect table. I am very happy with it. I like the style and it anchors the hallway without being imposing. I am able to display glass vases on the bottom shelf and keep a decorative bowl for keys and other sundries on top. The drawer holds a dog leash and harness, though not much more. You could put many small items in this drawer.Assembly took about an hour and was not bad, mostly because the drawer was assembled. I put together a lot of IKEA furniture if you want to know my level of expertise. These instructions were not as easy for me to follow as IKEA's, but they weren't bad. The baffle - the exterior facade of the top shelf - is a little tricky One issue I had was that the wood was solid where a pre-drilled hole was supposed to be. This took me about 20 minutes to solve but it was an easy fix (left the connecting dowel out). I knocked off a star for this; I'll call it quality control.Overall this is a typical particle board, assemble-it-yourself furniture. Delivery was great. I recommend.

For the money, this item is decent. It has a lot of parts, and the instructions aren't very clear. If you're going to mind taking a while to put it together, this probably isn't for you.You have to realize you're getting an MDF product, so it doesn't have that sturdy feel that you'd typically get with a fully hardwood piece. My console table came damaged (the top piece had a dent that would definitely be noticeable on the front), so when I took that in mind along with the fact that the quality wasn't what I was hoping for, I didn't get a replacement and decided to purchase a more expensive and better quality console table.If the piece wasn't damaged I might of kept it, as it was a pain in the you know what to disassemble it after nearly completing it. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable console table and don't care if it's not real hardwood and don't mind taking a while to put it together, this might be a good choice for you (as long as yours doesn't come damaged).

Beautiful product, but was not in such beautiful condition when I took it out of the box. It had a couple scratches and at the bottom of one of the legs the wood color was scraped off/chiped. Not a huge deal as that side was going to be facing in, but still I paid pretty good money for something that should have came in better condition. Also, please beware - reviews are true - a NIGHTMARE to put together. I made it through by myself - 30 year old female who doesnt have much experience with assembling things - but almost had to call for back up. Confusing instructions, parts and and took me over two hours. I am happy with the piece overall. I wouldnt order again just becasue of the condition it came in for the price, and the pain it was to assemble.

If you want to assemble a jig-saw puzzle of a product, this is the one to order. Designed by and with instructions written by a Sadist, I finally gave up and sort of "nailed" it together using two-inch finishing nails. The various fasteners, wierd screws and "attachers" are all bizarre and half of them were defective. The pre-drilled holes are poorly done and identification of the parts is nearly impossible. When you open the large box, there they are: a huge 40 pound assortment of pieces that you have to try and figure our how to put together, especially since they there isn't even a good photo or drawing of how it is supposed to assemble or look. This is one of those: "Take "A" and insert it into "B" and "C" using #7 and #8; then align with "H" and secure using the silly little wrench we have provided that doesn't really fit into the space it has to used in. Now repeat with "B" "D" and "J" (which is probably missing)" It's cheap, and it should be. Pass on this one unless you just love frustration, pain and the agony of poor product design. REALLY -- pass and keep your sanity and good humor. WARNING: Not to be attempted together by married couples.

I love this piece but when I was assembling one of the peg holes was too small. Had to lift the whole top off to make hole bigger. I thought the back board should have been dark in color. Otherwise it a very nice looking piece of furniture.

Product was very difficult to put together although it appears so simple. I ended up hiring someone Bc the pieces kept coming a part as u put them together. Also, plywood behind appeared a little cheaply put together overall product appears as picture once complete

Instructions are overly complex and some lockscrews were out of place/poorly installed. The thing holds together fine because there are so many screws, but I think it would be better off not using lock screws/pegs and just using standard screws.

Overall I'm pleased with the Sofa table. It is true its color. the assembling wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, however I have no regrets. If I had to say something negative, the back of the table is kind of sore to the eyes. Wish it would have been the same color and material as the table in whole.
