It is a very useful tool for doing Biceps, Chest, Back exercises
One caution for all who would like to buy this, is that don't go by the value given on the description on the product like 25 lb etc. If you are well built go for the Black one. Then you can scale down. My experience with the green one was that it was too soft for me. In the case of green in 6 months, I found it to be developing a crack in the tube. So durability is a bit of a doubt. Black one looks very stiff and I used it, it is good. I have to use it for 6 months to know how it is doing. Overall I have been very happy with the product in my exercise routines.

The red medium band has good power and you can use it for multiple purposeslike ur arms, back, triceps and even absBut u really need door attachments for back workout. As per the description provided the seller mentions abt the attachments however its not included in the package which is disappointing...have sent an email to the seller expecting a favourable responseIf you do not know how to use the band, pls refer youtube as there are tons of vids available, u can check the workout variations for each bodypart.Overall an excellent indoor product for fitness freaks...

Handling broken equipment
Need to make a policy for handling the broken equipments once sold to make it a little bit eco friendly. Mine broke within 20 days of purchase.

The quality of the tube is up to mark and the handles are just awesome. The best part is it comes with the door anchor and workout chart which is helpful for multiple exercises. For me this product is value for money.Will surely recommend this product.
