This mat is different than the others I have. It is much thinner and a very good large size. The thinness does not keep it from being very absorbent, it keeps my counter dryer than the other mats I have. I am very pleased with it and will be getting another.Update: I purchased another one and love it just as much. They wash beautifully, don't fade or shrink. They are the best at keeping my counter dry! I just wish they had more colors or designs. I got the blue one first then the white as I don't care for the other colors/designs. Purchase this mat and you won't be disappointed.

It does what it's supposed to do and it does it well. We picked this on because it was made in the USA, as opposed to a competitor who's company is U.S. based but the item was made in China. Several color options to choose from.

I would have given it more than 5 star's if I could have.I absolutely love this product. I've gone from using towels back in the 70's to memory foam pads that fall apart after a few month's of Laundring until I found this product and I will never use anything else. This is PERFECT! It is a great size which can be cut down to fit, it absorbs very well, it DOESN'T move around the backing is a great non slip rubber material, it's also heat resistant. It washes and dries very nicely in the laundry. As far as durability I'll have to be honest I've only had mine a few day's so I can't say how long it will last but the quality of the product seems to be VERY durable and strong. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy a dish draining mat.

I did not buy this drying Mat for it’s intended purpose of drying dishes, however my review is relevant to everyone. This mat is thin, it’s very stable due to its low profile and rubber backing, but most importantly for me it was the best at giving a dry feel when touched after dumping 1/3 cup of water. I want a product to go in the bottom of my dogs crate during a long international flight in cargo. I was worried that a disposable pee pee pad would just be torn up if she gets anxious and would not stay in place. So I ordered a pack of reusable pee pee pads, a memory foam bath mat, and this drying mat to test out. All claimed they have a good absorption rate. Indeed the all soaked up the 1/3 cup of water no problem in a few seconds. However both the pee pee mat and the bath mat were extremely wet to the touch immediately after dumping the water, and 3 hours later still felt damp to the touch. However the drying mat felt only damp to the touch after dumping the water, and was completely dry in 3 hours. Given I don’t want my dog to have to lay in her own urine this is the clear winner! I may keep the memory foam bath mat as well to put under the drying mat but this is only because it offers a level of cushioning. I don’t know how it will wash, it says machine or hand wash, but mine will be disposed of by the customs personnel.

Purchased 3 of these, gave 2 as gifts, perfect for housewarming gift box. Love the size, pattern, and thickness, washes decently on cold delicate or cold handwash, then hang to dry. After about 5 months it does pill up a little but still looks decent and works well 8 months later, happy with how has held up. Will say that if you have a large batch of dishes sitting on it and the mat gets saturated with water, the backing will stick to the counter a little, a little moisture can soak through but only with huge batches of dishes. This didn’t damage our counters and once mat dries (remove from counter and hang to dry) it is fine. This mat stays put and doesn’t slide around like others so we like that about it. Would purchase again.

I was gifted one of the padded drying mats in a brown color a few years back. It worked fine but it was bulky and not non-slip and when we redid our kitchen I wanted something that fit better in our style. I looked around a lot! This mat fit the bill; it was the right large size, low-profile, non-slip, looks good, and was a good price. I’m very happy having this on my counters to dry knives, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools that shouldn’t be put through a dishwasher.

Very large, lays flat, doesn’t move around. All around this is a good product. The colors were a little different than I expected ( more yellow/beige than white like the picture) but it looks fine in my kitchen.Update: I have had this mat for about 5 months now and I will say it has held up AMAZINGLY!! I’m incredibly satisfied with this purchase. I thought I’d have to replace it by now, but there is no nasty smell, no discoloration, cleans so easily. I spilled a whole thing of espresso on it used diluted vinegar in the sink laid it out to dry .. and you would never even know it was ever there!!! I thought with how thin this thing is there was no way it would hold a lot of water, but even with my huge hand washing hauls it pulls through and never had an overflow of water. I’ve had the mats that are a littler thicker like memory foam but after a couple months ended up having to replace it bc it smelled like dirty sponge 🤢 for that alone, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I have looked for this thin dish drying mat for several years. I owned one many years ago but couldn't find a replacement when it wore out. Was thrilled to find this online. It is a wonderful drying mat........no worries about glasses falling over. Thank you for providing a great product.

This is made of really cheap synthetic material. While it is a good size, and rubber backed, it just feels and looks cheap. I was not able to find a dish pad in white in cotton or waffle, so settled for this, but it really is too ugly to use.

The mat does it's job as intended, but can easily catch fibres while being stored or after the wash. Think a tiny portion of the lint catcher in your washing machine being spread all over the mat. Not a big deal to some, but might bug others. Otherwise, a superb product!
