Q: Can not figure out size chart, what size would I need for 46C bra size?

I am a 40-C and wear a size L so maybe that would help decipher your size. This bra has plenty of stretch. I can put it on over my head and I am almost 77 years old.

Q: Confused about size-had a left mastectomy. Was 46 B. ow do I know what the cup size is?

There are no cup sizes. But don’t let that deter you; it’s very stretchy. In a regular bra, I am a 40 C. The Anita Lynn accommodates me very well. Let me know if you buy it and how you like it (in spite of the troublesome zipper).

I weigh 150 and wear a large for comfort reasons. The inserts are medium I’d say, but this is my first post mastectomy bra so I have no comparisons. Hope this helped somewhat.

I too wear a 1X shirt. I don’t really know what size cup I ever wore. I used to wear a Hanes Smooth Comfort in a 2X, no cup size, just 2X. It was smooth and comfortable and gave me absolutely no support. A 2X in a Hanes Smooth Comfort indicates that I was a 44 or 46 band and a C cup. In the Anita Lynn Mastectomy Bra, I wear a 2X. It very supportive and for the most part comfortable; the band can be a little tight sometimes. But it has to be tight to give support. I think you’ll be fine in a 2X. The cups stretch very nicely. In case it’s important, I had only a lumpectomy. Also, I don’t know why this bra is a mastectomy bra; anyone can wear it. The zipper can be a bit temperamental, but it always works ultimately. Hope this helps.
