The media could not be loaded.  Really impressed with my Netvue camera which u use to view the birds on my feeders but I can always check what the weather is doing when I’m awayThe camera is manoeuvrable using the app so I can also check on my front door or up the hill to see cars approachingEasy to set up and use and the night vision is excellentIt was bigger than I expected but hadn’t checked the specs fully

Installed quickly, added a POE adaptor to power it. Functons well, records to mini SD in HD quality and sends stills as alerts for quick reviewing on the App. Motion detection is adjustable for sensitivity and not too many false alarms. The PTZ function is smooth and accurate. Night vision is good with a decent range.Three improvements I'd like to see would bei). preset PTZ positons so the camera can lock to a selection of fixed angles/positions from the app (and/or time of day)ii). an easier way to navigate the video timeline.iii). POE offered as standardBrother has Netvue camera too and shares his camera on our App and vice versa. That's very useful.

Fantastic build quality and great general performance. Very easy to install and works well. My main gripe is that the night vision performance on this one is very poor for me. I have another Netvue camera which is pin sharp in almost pitch black but this one doesn’t come near that level of performance. It is good in low light though. I suspect it may be a dodgy model I have…Other minor gripes - my SD card seems to get corrupted after a data usage got some reason and needs to be reformatted and it would be good if the mic would shut off when the camera is moving so you don’t hear a whirring noise in the app (although in fact the camera is nearly silent when you are next to it and I use it to watch wildlife successfully without disturbing them. All in all though a great little unit!Update: had this a few months now and still working really well. The corrupted SD card issue still occurs from time to time but apart from that it has been very reliable.Further Update: I just bought a second one of these and can now confirm that the poorer than expected night vision must be due to a fault in the first camera because on my new one it is superb! My only niggle now is the SD card issue which persists on all my netvue cameras (3 of them). Otherwise. great piece of kit.

Camera is very good quality BUT… after about a week it will stop connecting to wifi so basically you cannot access it or view it from your phone, and there is nothing you can do to reset it, it just will not reconnect, probably a software problem but netvue still can’t fix it, all they say is they will send a new camera but the same problem will happen. Look for alternative option

This is my 4th Netvue camera. The quality is excellent with superb recording. The app is very good and I can easily retrieve and view recorded video. I had a query re some distorted sound and this was easily sorted with one email and a quick reply.

I now have four Netvue cameras and have been happy with my purchases all from Amazon, the first time setting up the wifi was a bit fiddly but after four times it’s relatively easy, the reason I have four is that after my first purchase a few years ago the camera is still working fine on the outside of my shed and my indoor camera 2nd purchase just keeps on going. Picture quality for the price in my opinion ( unless you pay hundreds ) is very good and I personally have had no issues, apart from spiders webs when the camera goes IR you need to give the camera lens and lights a brush to remove them.once a week. This particular camera has improved my coverage at the front of the house and so far it’s excellent I mounted not far from an LED motion flood light which obviously if activated helps tremendously with the camera recordings at night and the pan and tilt is a great asset in being able to watch any part of the drive and door along with 85% of the down stairs windows whilst away from home I am a verified purchaser and hope my opinions on the this camera and in general Netvue products helps in my experience

Bought this camera to replace a wifi that kept losing signal. This one works via a lan cable. Connection still drop out at times ...virgin media loo!ing into that! With regards to all the features this offers be aware that all of the features require a subscription ..no mention of that in the description !!!! Currently warns of every car going past but not always people! There is a delay between warning and cars passing we hear tbem and get a warning afterwards!!!! Like I mentioned everything needs a subscription from human only detection to continuous recording.. Last two were £20 cheaper and had this function as standard... Not impressed at all it takes a picture at time car passes but next to none of people coming to the door..🤔😙😕

This camera was a good choice for me as it has pan and tilt. Has a very clear picture and detects movement very well. Easy to install and operate. I used a SD Card although first one I used did not work for some reason, but using another one now and that is fine. Ideal for recording and playback of events Works just fine for my needs. Having a microphone is ideal for communication with people at the door too.
