Works well but the “eco friendly” bag rips VERY easily resulting in chemicals going everywhere, a ton of cleanup and a major storage issue once the bag is damaged. Purchased both the alkalinity and ph increases from this company and both bags ripped the first time the side of the bag brushed the plastic outdoor storage chest we have them in.Will not buy again until the bag is updated.

We have had a lot of rain this summer, so I've added more than usual, but it does appear to work.

I could not get my alkalinity level to go up. I purchase this product and it came right up. I will be using this product from now on. Works great I use it for my hot tub.

Comes well packaged and works well in our spa. Easy to use and seal the package back shut. Good buy.
