It is good and it works
It is good and it works. Though it would be much more elegant if the lower tightening screw would be a bit higher allowing to screw the clamp to the bottom of the table - only the tube for umbrella would be visible; this would also to keep the umbrella at about the same height as without the clamp.

Works great. I did have to drill 2 holes in the umbrella pole in order to use the tightening knobs. But it DOES NOT move at all.

Great product
Great product. I bought it to compliment a table umbrella mounted on a wood surface. Four stars because they could have made the bolts with stainless steel and a bit larger in diameter.

Five Stars
Not aluminum as listed. This is made of heavy steel. l but I wanted steel anyway.

Stable in wind
Had it installed in minutes, well built, a little pricey, we mounted to a deck instead of table. stays put even in high winds.

Refund Needed
I purchased three of these some time ago but just installed them in the last few weeks they were great for a little while but now the plastic in between the pole and the flat mount has melted and the umbrella sits at an angle on all three units. I need a refund but haven't been able to find an area like normal to contact the seller and get an RMA and shipping label!Help please!!!

Flimsy, rust-prone, badly designed.
A terrible product. It came without assembly instructions, and with a seemingly random assortment of screws, none of which allows it to mount flush to a deck without a rounded screw head pressing into the wood. The base plate is a narrow rectangle, which means that it resists the wind in only one direction - when the wind shifts, the umbrella rocks annoyingly. It rusted after a couple of weeks, and started to come apart.
