This works REALLY well to correct my posture. My only issue is the adjustable straps under the arm because the metal piece lands directly in my armpit. I plan on removing it and sewing in some sort of soft fabric.I am very surprised by how well this brace keeps my shoulders back and my back straight.

My posture has been concerning me since I've been sitting more frequently in front of the computer screen hunched over my work. I read several reviews and decided to take a chance on this one. Though my package says XL, I found it to be a perfect fit for me. My size is a ladies 12. I am approximately 160 lbs and 5'4" to give you an idea of fit. An XL might be too small for anyone larger.I wore this for the first 3 hours and definitely felt less tired and achy. I hope this continues!

I felt like this product wasn't helping with my posture also it had a weird smell.
