The necklace, the rose, the box, all of in was more than I thought! The necklace looks like fancy and my mom loved the gift!

I have purchased these for various gifts for the past year at least ten times. The item always arrived in a box, with a card and with a nicely packaged necklace. This time we received it without the box, in a wripped bag, without a card and without necklace packaging. It is clearly a returned item. On top of it, the rose does not look as nice as what we received in the past.

Presentation is great. Pretty box with beautiful flower but necklace is shorter then expected and pendant is very cheap & artificial looking. Do not recommend this necklace
