ONE PROBLEM
YOU CAN ONLY LIGHT THE LARGE BURNER IF NONE OF THE OTHER BURNERS ARE ON.THEERE WAS ANOTHER COOKTOP BEFORE THIS ONE SO I KNOW THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH GAS LINE.THAT IS THE ONLY PROBLEM SO FAR.I DO LIKE THE COOKTOP IT IS VERY NICE LOOKING.

Cheap product
This cooktop looked good and was easy to install. Just within a week, the ignition mechanism quit working and two of the burners are not working. I would not recommend it.

The checkerboard pattern is hard on the eyes... but a great replacement for a tired 4 burner!
I love the black glass, it's chic and easy to clean. If not for the checkerboard pattern on it I would have given it full marks. The squares are about 1/4" x 1/4", which makes the eyes tired just working over it. But, I did expand my cooking area by 20% with 5 burners instead of 4. Super quick start up and clean up!

Burners are not aligned, knobs are not aligned
It's been an year of nothing but troubles with this stove. My burners are always uneven light. Flames high on one side, and low on other side, burning handles of pots and pans. Called service technicians twice so far.Finally, we figured out unit itself is defective, knobs are not aligned in the holes. This makes the gasket not sit tight and when cleaning with water or cleaning liquids or spilled cooking food and water just enter the stove space and leak under. It's horrible!I would have to buy new stove , pay for another install - all within an year
