Beautiful glasses given to a couple celebrating an important anniversary. However one glass was broken when delivered but the company has immediately despatched a replacement with sincere apologies.

This is the second time I have ordered these glasses, both times they have arrived one of the pair is broken 😡

Lovely unusual glasses. Would have given 5 stars if they were in a padded gift box as they are for a Wedding Present, will have to purchase one. Would have paid a bit extra for them to be in a better gift box. Prompt receipt and good extra padding.

Bought these for a friend’s 50th birthday. Was worried if they would arrive in one piece but they were packaged really well and arrived well within the allotted delivery time. My friend was extremely pleased and couldn’t wait to use them … they sparkle and are so pretty (may have to purchase some for myself!!!!) 😁

Arrived with one glass smashed and the rest had rough surface arrived around top.Very disappointed as it was a lovely design.Package was just as if you picked it from a shop shelf .Bought elsewhere
