Excellent product that is a lifesaver for muscle tension
I found out about this tool from my PT, who used it on my glutes, hips and legs. It was euphoric. I immediately bought one and it is fantastic. I prefer when a partner uses it on me but it is still great for self massage when needed, depending on the areas you’re trying to get.I didn’t want to mess around with cheaper knock-offs and I can tell I made the right choice because the quality of this tool is obvious. The material on the balls is unique and allows it to really dig in rather than just sliding over your skin. Highly recommend!

It’s ok
The roller massage works ok. It’s kind of noisy and I would like it better if it wasn’t all plastic.

Multifunctional, yet lacking
I have tried this product on and off again for a couple months now. Overall, it can provide some relief if used properly, however, the effectiveness is limited. For larger cylindrical appendages like your legs, it works very well.I feel it is lacking for targeted relief on areas flatter like your back. It just requires too much maneuvering (diminishing returns of relief). Areas like your shoulders or elsewhere on your arm is also not as effective, since you are losing half your leverage compared to applying it to your legs with both hands. Thus, for the price point. It cannot be considered a one fix all tool. I repeat though, it works great on the legs especially.

Overall good massager but...
Since I prefer self-massage, I have various massaging tools - wood, silicone, and plastic, and prices range anywhere between $10 (piece) and $60 (set). From my experience, silicone (rubber) was too heavy, wood was too precise and hard, metal gives limited application and was expensive, and plastic was too light and did not weigh down enough pressure. For this reason, I would recommend a mixed type of plastic + silicone (rubber) like this item.It is lightweight (weighs almost as same as a football) and gives the right amount of pressure. There are blue and gray shade wheels and each ball feels the same in texture. The texture feels similar to a silicone spatula.Since the wheels are round and wide, there's more surface contact, which allows more evenly placed pressure. What makes this item different than others is the small red wheel in the middle. It is good for massaging the outer lower leg and massages the spot perfectly without causing any pain. For me, massaging the outer lower legs before bed prevents leg cramps during sleep, so this little red wheel helps. My issues with this item are the price (a little bit high) and the handle. With the raised bumps on the handle, it helps to get a better grip. But it is short (4.5 inches) and the thumbs wind up getting rolled by the first wheels of each end.It should be longer for average male hands.
