We have bought this for our newborn baby girl because it was supposed to work from the start and grow with the baby. It was awkward and did not support her neck when she was 3 weeks and about 9lbs. So we waited and tried again. Now that she is 6 months, she hates it, and it still looks and feels awkward for her and the adult. The straps are too bulky, baby posture too restrictive, no matter what we have tried this doesn’t work. And maybe we are doing something wrong after watching available videos and reading the manuals, but for the price of this item and after all these months, I am completely disappointed and give up. Too bad it cannot be returned.
