Print on the heating bag is bad. In the product description on Amazon it's written that a gel is filled inside the bag. But on the product box it's written that water is filled inside.Overall it's working perfect.

The product was sent without any gel inside. It's just a bag without any gel inside. I am even scared to put it to electric port as it's just cloth bag with pin. So DONT BUY!!

The gel pad works well and stays warm for almost one hour. as there is a automatic power cut ,so the risk of overheating or product getting damaged is less,it is helpful in pain relief. It's very easy to use, portable and quite effective.One just need to charge this for about 5 mins before using.

I buy it from my mom bcz she has joints pains and in North it's very cold. And when she used it she said it's gud she really liked it no more boiling the water And filled the bag. Now take the hot bag plug it and with in 5 mins bag is hot thanks
