Eases bruised ribs pain
Easiest to use and higher menthol concentrate for pain relief. Can't do much for bruised ribs/liver after icing EXCEPT heating pad and topical pain relief. I used ARNICA cream for bruises and swelling followed by the roll on Icy Hot. Helps ease the pain best but certainly doesn't eliminate it. Biggest Tip: DON'T FALL (and can't get up). But if you do, buy lots of Icy Hot. It's also the least expensive.

This was the best purchase ever!
This was the best purchase ever! Easy to use push down in the phone comes out. It is not messy and it works. The product is amazing. It relieves the pain right away. I would tell any of my friends and family to use this icy hot. I have tried the icy, hot cream, but this product is amazing and works so much better.
